Professor of Sound Design
The Savannah College of Art and Design is seeking candidates for a part-time faculty position in the area of sound design for media at our Savannah and Atlanta locations. Qualified candidates should have a terminal degree or its equivalent in sound design, film and video, or a related field. Candidates should be able to teach an introductory course in sound design audio fundamentals, theory of sound and image, field recording, and basic Pro Tools. Candidates are evaluated on the basis of publication, exhibition, academic and professional experience. College-level teaching experience is desirable.
