Job search strategies

Hello!

I'm a media student soon to be graduating. During my years as a student I've become more and more interested in sound (especially film sound) and my passion for it just keeps on growing!

What I want to know at this stage is if anyone here has any idea of how to go about getting in to the industry.

If you want serious advice, then you should be more detailed in your question. You are a media student, what are you studying?. You are interested in sound but have you taken any sound courses? You mention film sound but are you talking about location sound or post sound?
