I know each person's rate are going to be different for this, but does anyone know what the average non-union rates would be for a mixer, boom operator and a Utility Sound tech? Thanks.

Depends on where, and what kind of project.

Experienced production mixer in decent-sized city, $250 - $450 day depending on the shoot (commercials are more expensive than industrials) and what they bring.

Boomer, $150 - $300.

"It's a really cool film and I'm doing it with a borrowed XL1 but it's only a couple of days (don't you think?) and you'll get screen credit and my mom's doing the craft service..." priceless.
